Thomas, devoted husband of the late Margaret "Pearl" Vicars (nee Chumbley) Loving father of Greg Vicars. Dear brother of Jewell (the late Israel Jr.) Parker, Leeman (the late Myrtle) Vicars, B.P. (Janice) Vicars and Violet (George) Joppeck. Also survived by his sister in law Eunice Chumbley. Passed Monday October 8, 2012 at the age of 82.
