Tim was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Robert and Jean (Black) Stockelman. He married his beloved wife, Kimberly (Cline) March 18, 2000. The youngest of six, Tim is survived by his siblings Donna (Ken) Harmeyer, Susan (late Robert) Hyle, Gerald Stockelman, the late Ronald (Antionette) Stockelman, and the late Butch (Joyce) Stockelman. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Tim’s mechanical abilities were apparent at the young age of four when he dismantled and rebuilt the family furnace. He moved on to bicycles, motorcycles, and go-carts, to buying his first car before he had a driver’s license. Tim’s career spanned over 40 years in the food manufacturing industry. In addition to mechanical prowess, he was also a certified electrician, millright and pipefitter. He retired from Kroger, State Avenue, as a Master Mechanic after 30 years of service.
Sports were a big part of Tim’s life. He was on many bowling, dart, golf and horseshoe leagues. He traveled to Europe three times to snow ski. Tim was an avid local sports and NASCAR fan. He loved to hang out in his garage, work on cars and participate in local car shows.
Tim was a positive light in this world; his bright, blue eyes and cheerful smile never met a stranger. He was always genuinely interested in you and your story and would remember every detail. This kind, generous, funny, smart, talented, loveable man lived every day of his life to the fullest.
