Vera Whitlow Turner was devoted mother of Josephine Barker and Jane Barker Krogman, dear sister of John D. and James C. Whitlow, also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Tuesday, March 9, 2004. Age 84 years. Funeral service Thursday at 7:30 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City.
