BISE, Vernon C., beloved husband of Lois I. Bise (nee Jeffers), devoted father of Stephen (Maura), Barbara (David Harris) and John (Jackie) Bise, Beverly (Ron) Mounce and Sharyn Criswell, also survived by ten grandchildren.
