VICTOR, William D, beloved husband of Carla Victor (nee Lachmann), loving father of William David (Raquel) Victor Jr., Melinda (Dave) Sievers and Daniel Victor, devoted grandfather of Amanda and Edward Sievers, dear brother of Linda Crutchfield, Wayne Victor, Terry Victor, Sandy Wiehbrink and the late Ronald and Glenn Victor, also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Wednesday, October 20, 2004. Age 65 years. Mass of Christian burial Saturday, 10:30 AM, at St. Teresa of Avila Church. Visitation Friday evening from 5 to 8 PM at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City with North Bend Lodge #346 F. & A.M. Service at 7:30 PM.
